Ingredients:
Cucumbers (~2)
Tomatoes (~3-4)
Olives (to taste)
Basil (handful)
Parsley (handful)
Olive oil (to taste)
Lemon (to taste)
salt (~½-1 teaspoon)
Directions:
Chop everything and toss in a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste. This makes an excellent lunch or side dish.
