Ingredients:
½ cup organic quick oats
1 cup of water
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon whole almonds
1 teaspoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon almond butter
1 teaspoon cacao nibs
1 teaspoon vegan chocolate chips
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Directions:
On medium high heat cook oats and water in a small pot until soft (about 5 minutes), or heat in the microwave until mushy. Put in a bowl, arrange toppings and enjoy :)
Here's an example of a second oatmeal bowl we also made but with different toppings, such as fruits, seeds and nuts. Mix it up and customize to your liking!
