Ingredients (serves 2):
1 1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries or blackberries
1 cup frozen or fresh beets
1 teaspoon ginger (fresh or powdered)
1 cup coconut water
For an optional added boost, feel free to add a big scoop of plant-based yogurt
Instructions:
Blend blend blend in a blender until smooth and velvety like BLOOD. Add a little ice as you blend if you prefer some frothiness to your blood shake. Except, no blood here... only cruelty-free plant-based ingredients to cleanse your system and feed your soul! Enjoy :)
