Healthy Cinnamon Bun Shake

Wow! This shake is the perfect breakfast to start your day, or a great substitute to satisfy your craving for a big, sticky, delicious, cinnamon bun. Vegan, sugar free, and wholesome, this "shake" is actually just a healthy smoothie that will make you feel as great as it tastes. The perfect treat! Enjoy :)

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons walnuts
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup vanilla non-dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut, cashew, flax, etc.)
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon raisins
1 few drops of vanilla extract
pinch of fresh orange zest, or a small splash of orange juice
pinch of salt

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth! Add more milk to thin it out if needed. Enjoy!
