This quick and easy hummus variation does not contain chic peas, but is 100% "raw" and unprocessed with zucchini as the base. Like chic peas, zucchini has a very mild flavor and you won't even taste it. It will make your hummus green though :) Use this as a dip, dressing or sandwich filler! Ingredients:
1 large or 2 medium zucchinis
1 cup raw unhulled sesame seeds
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)
1 garlic clove, cut in half
Directions:
Cut zuchinni into small chunks and put into a blender with remaining ingredients. Blend til smooth. Enjoy!
