Homemade infused water

My new obsession: making my own infused waters! It's basically a "raw" way to make herbal teas and fruit flavored waters without any added ingredients or artificial flavors. It just involves from fresh fruit, veggies and herbs and chilling in your refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Pure, natural, calming, and wonderful for the mind, body and soul.  It's a great way to stay hydrated while getting added nutrients and vitamins, and an alkalizing affect from citrus juice that you wouldn't get from water alone. My inspiration for these infused waters came from Fully Raw Kristina's Book "The Fully Raw Diet".
Here's what you need:

- fruits of choice (fresh is always best but I've used frozen berries with much success!)
- veggies/herbs of choice (fresh herbs are always best!)
- 1 quart of cold spring or filtered water
- 32 ounce vessel - I love to use mason jars

Directions:

Choose your combination of fruit and/or veggies/herbs from the guide below. Combine with 1 quart of cold water and chill in the fridge for several hours (overnight if possible). The longer the better to fully infuse all the flavors! Once it's ready to drink you can drink all of it and even eat the fruit and veggies in it!
