Tasty everything zucchini bites



Craving an everything bagel? Spare yourself the carbs and try these instead!


Ingredients:

1 zucchini

vegan cream cheese

everything seasoning ("everything but the bagel" seasoning from Trader Joe's) or your own mixture of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, and sea salt


Directions:

Scrape the skin off your zucchini and chop into slices about ¼ inch thick.

Spread cream cheese on top of each zucchini like you would on a bagel (and if you LOVE a lot of cream cheese.. put a lot of cream cheese on there!)

Sprinkle some everything seasoning on top.

Wallah! You're all done :) Eat a bunch of these and say goodbye to your nasty bagel cravings that would have cost you half your daily calories in one meal. Your entire zucchini you just chopped is roughly 30 calories for the whole thing.. so go crazy and wild on your toppings! This can easily be made raw by using a homemade cream cheese or cheese spread recipe on top instead of processed cream cheese. I tend to prefer wholesome and raw homemade "non-dairy" products, but I just love pre-packaged vegan cream cheese sometimes for the ease and convenience of not having to make it myself when I want to make something quick!
