RAW peach pie dessert

This quick and simple dessert is a fun platter that tastes just like peach pie without as much work (or unhealthy additives)! Throwing together fresh peaches, almonds, dates, and a cashew cream sauce leave this plate a creative and raw masterpiece of instant peach pie that's actually pretty good for you! I promise it's delicious! Enjoy :)






Ingredients:

4 fresh ripe peaches
3-4 pitted dates
handful of almonds

handful of cashews (optional-soak for a few hours)
3-4 pitted dates soaked for 15 minutes
almond milk


Directions:

Chop up peaches in slices and arrange along the outer edge of a round plate.

Chop up dates and add them around the inner edge of the peaches.

Add the almonds in the middle.


Blend together cashews, dates (drained of excess water) and almonds to make a creamy sauce. Pre-soak cashews to get a smoother sauce, but not necessary. Add milk to adjust consistency (more= thinner sauce, less = thicker). Once your sauce is well blended, drizzle over top of your dessert in a fun pattern such as a swirl.

Use a fork or spoon to enjoy eating your "pie" by mixing together ingredients or enjoying them separately. So healthy and packed with healthy protein!
