RAW Butterscotch pudding

Healthy, raw and delicious, this homemade pudding doesn't actually contain any artificial sugars, caramel or butterscotch flavoring. The natural flavors from the fruit and nuts combine here to make a perfect, creamy, sweet and buttery taste that will keep you craving more and more!




Ingredients:

1 cup of dried apricots, soaked overnight or for a few hours
2 peeled bananas
8 dates soaked for 20 minutes
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
¼ cup almond butter

Directions:

Blend everything together in a food processor until smooth. Enjoy as a delicious snack, dessert or breakfast! Tastes better if you refrigerate and serve cold rather than room temperature.
