Ingredients:
1 cup of dried apricots, soaked overnight or for a few hours
2 peeled bananas
8 dates soaked for 20 minutes
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
¼ cup almond butter
Directions:
Blend everything together in a food processor until smooth. Enjoy as a delicious snack, dessert or breakfast! Tastes better if you refrigerate and serve cold rather than room temperature.
