This filling, delicious, actually kind of healthy for you smoothie is so simple to make and only requires three ingredients. It's actually more of a milkshake because it doesn't taste fruity, but just thick, creamy, and satisfying. The kind of shake you'd drink out of a fancy glass with a striped straw (except disposable straws are bad for the environment and kill sea turtles and other wildlife that eat them after trash pollutes the earth so let's scratch that!) but ANYWAY.. whip this vegan baby up and serve in any kind of glass or cup and I promise you'll enjoy it :) No dairy, no cruelty, just pure, absolute wholesome goodness <3
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (or more to taste!)
vanilla coconut or other non-dairy milk
Instructions:
Add banana and peanut butter into a blender and add enough milk to fill halfway up the banana (if you want it thick) or a little higher to thin it out. Blend blend blend! Add more milk as needed until desired consistency is reached. More peanut butter can also be added to thicken the shake.
