Francheska's almond butter maple dressing

This dressing ROCKS!  Drizzle it over a salad or vegan bowl (code name for a bowl filled with a variety of cooked and/or raw fruits/veggies/whole grains/nuts/legumes/seeds-- wholesome stuff ya know? synonyms- buddha bowl, hippie bowl, rainbow bowl, etc.) So anyway.. this sweet and savory, creamy and to die for, keeping you wanting more forever and ever dressing is super easy and made with a few wholesome and raw ingredients making this a healthy sweet addition to almost anything. This was shared with me by my friend Francheska. Enjoy! <3

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons natural almond butter (no additives)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons olive oil (or you can sub for coconut oil)
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
water to thin if needed

Directions:

Blend everything together in a food processor or blender. Add water as needed to thin it out to your liking (thinner makes it easier to drizzle on, thicker makes it more of a dipping sauce). You may want to double it, as this dressing will keep you wanting more and more! Drizzle a top your veggies (it pairs amazingly well with sweet potatoes!). Enjoy!!
