This toast is a quick and easy wholesome breakfast or snack that's packed with healthy fats, fiber and energy to fill you up and help get you through the day. If you're extra hungry, double up and make two slices.
Ingredients:
1 slice of sprouted wheat bread
1 tablespoon coconut oil
sea salt
1/2 a ripe avocado
Directions:
Toast your piece of bread until it's as dark as you like. Spread on coconut oil and sprinkle a dash of salt. The avocado should be soft if it's ripe and spreadable, so just spread/pile it right on top. Enjoy!
