Almond Tahini Date Balls

Super easy, super tasty. A completely wholesome, healthy and raw dessert or snack! Recipe modified from Food.com.


Ingredients:

2 cups of almonds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of tahini
18 dried dates (without pits)
Sesame seeds (optional)


Directions:

Grind almonds and cinnamon in a food processor until finely chopped.

Add tahini and continue to pulse.

Add dates and keep blending until mixture is smooth.

Form into about fifteen 1" balls. Coat in sesame seeds if desired and refrigerate.
