Mashed cauliflower

This is one of the easiest recipes to cook ever, and my favorite part about mashed cauliflower is it's a low carb and much healthier alternative to mashed potatoes but tastes almost the same. Yummy!



Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower

Salt to taste


Instructions:

Chop cauliflower in large florets. Place in a steamer basket in a pot of ½ inch of water and cook until very soft. Drain, and mash with a potato or bean masher. Add salt to taste. Enjoy!
