During these cold and lazy days, we are so addicted to crockpot recipes. Here's a great one to put together in the morning before a busy day, and have a tasty meal waiting for you when you get home for dinner. It basically makes itself! It was so delicious that I apparently forgot to take a picture.. but either way, it's amazing and you should give it a try :)
Ingredients:
2 chopped bell peppers
3 cloves of garlic
2 cups of dry lentils
1 chopped onion
3 chopped sweet potatoes
1 can of tomatoes with green chilis
2 cups of veggie broth
¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of paprika
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of cumin
Directions:
Throw it all in the crockpot. Cook on high for 8 hours. Enjoy!
