Ingredients:
(Preferably all frozen)
¾ cup of blueberries
Half a pineapple core (freeze these after you cut up a pineapple- great addition for smoothies!)
2 strawberries
½-1 whole banana
A pinch of frozen spinach
Scoop of hemp protein
Teaspoon of spirolina
Almond milk (sweetened if you want a sweeter smoothie, non-sweetened if not)
Orange juice
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a personal blender cup (or a big blender if you don't have a personal size). Pour almond milk in the cup until it comes to half way up your pile of ingredients, pour orange juice to just reach your top of ingredients. Blend together until smooth. Top with chia seeds and a fresh sliced strawberry! Mine came out pretty thick so that it could make a nice smoothie bowl (you just eat it with a spoon and load it with healthy toppings!)
