Samm's easy-peasy tasty Thai peanut sauce

Yum... today I made my own variation of thai peanut and I just know you're gonna love this.... especially if you're a peanut butter lover... it's not too strong and it's not overpowering yet it's just so flavorful and will leave you licking the bowl clean. And it's vegan of course!

It's super easy. Just take the ingredients, throw them in a food processor, and blend away!

This tasty mixture can be used as a salad dressing, a sauce on sautéed vegetables, a sauce for cooked tofu, tempe or seitan, a tasty additive to noodles and rice, or for just about anything you can imagine. Of course, you also could eat it on meat, which I don't choose to endorse for personal reasons. But go ahead... enjoy it any way you like!

Ingredients:

-1 cup of coconut milk
-¾ cup of all natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky- and natural meaning no added oils or sugar!)
-¼ cup of vinegar (apple cider, white, or rice)
-1 heaping tablespoon of garlic (or more if you love it!)
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-3 tablespoons of Trader Joe's Soyaki (or if you don't have a TJ's near you- either some variation, or a homemade mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar/agave/any type of sweetener, and teriyaki sauce)

Directions:

Throw ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix mix mix! Taste test, and feel free to adjust ratios if you prefer to bring out certain flavors within the sauce. This combo tasted just perfect to me! Hope you love it :)
