Nail polish color of the season: "On a Trip" by Wet n Wild

So let me start off by saying that Wet n Wild is one of my favorite cosmetic brands because it doesn't test on animals. Brands that don't test are truly hard to come by these days, because many false advertise and some don't test their final products, but DO test their ingredients on animals. So unnecessary and cruel for dogs, cats, rats, mice, bunnies and monkeys to die after living miserable and painful lives for the sake of beauty. Wet n Wild is approved by PETA and can be bought for super cheap at your drug store too.. another reason it's my favorite ;)

So one of my best friends and total twin Megan got me some hot new makeup for the "New Year" as a holiday gift.. and due to the infrequency that I actually get around to painting my nails.. I'm just now using the hot new 2014 shade of "On a trip" which is a medium shade of purple nail polish. She got me a cool eye shadow stick in the same shade. Both Wet n Wild of course.. after I turned her on to the brand being animal safe and cheap and all it's her favorite makeup now too.

So this is what it looks like on the nails. It's perfect for spring.. especially with these waves of warm weather we've been having. This "megalast" polish even has a nice curved brush that easily coats the nail in a simple stroke. My new favorite polish! So hurry out to your local CVS to get this awesome shade because it's just too cute to pass up.
