Natural cranberry-citrus electrolyte drink

This natural electrolyte drink is the perfect fuel to drink before, during and after a workout without the added sugars of gatorade. Recipe was taken from the "No Meat Athlete Cookbook."

Ingredients:


4 cups water
1 cup cranberry juice blend
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt or to taste

Directions:

Shake all ingredients together, refrigerate overnight, strain and drink.
