Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut water
1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
1 large frozen banana
1/4 cup packed avocado
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lime juice
2-3 ice cubes
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
Topping ideas:
yogurt
dried berries
granola
coconut flakes
fresh sliced mango, pineapple and/or banana
hemp hearts
chia seeds
cinnamon
Directions:
In a high speed blender, combine all smoothie ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
Make it kid friendly by not adding matcha and using less lime juice.
