Quick n easy overnight oats!

Five minutes or less of quick prep is all it takes to have a delicious, filling, and fabulously protein packed breakfast waiting for you in the fridge the next morning. Eat it stress free or grab it to go, this oat-pudding-deliciousness is just begging for you to make it tonight! Top with some fresh or dried fruits, drizzle with maple syrup or agave and you'll be absolutely satisfied and energized enough to take on the day! Recipe taken from the "Oh She Glows" cookbook.




Ingredients (serves 3):

1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 ½ cups almond milk or another dairy-free milk of choice
¼ cup chia seeds
1 large banana, mashed
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional toppings:
Fresh fruit, chopped
dried fruits
granola
hemp seeds
maple syrup, agave, or another sweetener of choice


Directions:

In a small bowl, mix together all of your ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight to thicken.

The next morning add your toppings and enjoy!
