Delicious and neon orange juice recipe compliments of Kristina Carrillo-Buckram's "The Fully Raw Diet" book. This bright and sweet/tangy drink is perfect for summer!
Ingredients:
1½ lb of carrots
2 apples
1 inch piece of ginger root
5 juice oranges or 7 tangelos (or fresh orange juice you may already have in your fridge- add amount to your liking)
Directions:
Run fruits through a juicer, or throw together in a blender and run through a strainer to remove the pulp. Add orange juice if using instead of oranges/tangelos. Serve in glasses. Enjoy!
