Pecan Parmesan

This vegan cheesy tasting topping is a great addition to any cheesy meal, pasta, salad, or casserole. It's very easy and fast to whip up a batch, and once made, it can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 2 months in the fridge.




Ingredients:

3 cups pecans (or walnuts can be substituted)

1 cup of nutritional yeast

1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of minced garlic


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. All done! Enjoy :)
