Tonight will be the beginning of Rosh Hashanah.. the Jewish New Year, and one of the holiest times of the year!
Josh and I are flying home tonight to be with our families in NJ. I want to wish everyone a happy, healthy and successful new year. Let this be a new start for good changes, new beginnings, and improvements in our lives. Let this be the year we start over, and give ourselves and others another chance. Let this be the year we try a little harder to achieve the goals we hold above our heads. Let this be the year we act a little nicer and more patient to those around us. Let this be the year start being appreciative of everything we have in a first world country instead of focusing on the inconveniences, because some people, even here in this first world country have far less than we do. Be thankful for family that loves you, and for every friend that has walked into your life and never left. Forget all of those that have walked out of your life, and who don't want to be in it, because you don't need them in yours. Be strong, be yourself, and only make a change if it's what's truly best for you, not what someone else wants. Good luck in this new year and L'Shana Tova!
