This quick and easy smoothie is packed with protein, and perfectly flavored for pumpkin and peanut butter lovers! The perfect fall treat to start your morning or recover after a workout. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 frozen or fresh bananas
1 serving vanilla protein powder
2-4 tablespoons of natural peanut butter, or 1-2 servings of PB2 peanut butter powder
half a can of pumpkin, or about 3/4 cup of fresh pumpkin puree
dash of cinnamon
1-2 cups almond milk (depending on thickness you prefer!)
1 cup ice
Directions:
Blend together everything in a high powdered blender until smooth. Add the ice last and blend again until frosty smooth. Enjoy!
