Ingredients:
1 frozen banana (potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, protein, fiber & more)
1 cup frozen blueberries (fiber, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, iron & more)
1-2 tablespoons raw almond butter (protein boost, calcium, iron, magnesium)
1 teaspoon spirulina powder (extra boost of protein, B vitamins, iron, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus)
1-2 teaspoons matcha powder (caffeine, antioxidants)
1 tablespoon flax oil (linolenic acid/omega 3 essential fatty acids)
Coconut water (electrolytes)
Non-dairy milk of your choice
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender cup, and fill to the top of your ingredients half way with coconut water and half way with milk. Blend on high until smooth. Add ice if needed to make it extra cold and frothy. Serves 1. Enjoy!
