1 cup frozen tangerines (they can be peeled and frozen in segments or in halves ahead of time, or fresh ones can be used in addition to a handful of ice)
1 1/2 cups chopped kale
1 frozen banana
1 cup coconut water
Blend everything together until the kale chunks are small and the consistency is smooth. Enjoy!
